摘要
目的探讨麻醉诱导期不同保温措施对胃肠开腹手术老年患者围手术期体温的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月广东省云浮市人民医院收治的80例行胃肠开腹手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者行常规保温措施,观察组患者行综合保温措施。比较分析两组患者麻醉时及术后的体温变化情况、不良反应总发生率。结果两组患者麻醉前的体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后的体温低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行胃肠开腹手术的老年患者开展综合保温措施,不仅能够降低患者的体温,还能在一定程度上提高手术的安全性。
Objective To investigate the effect of different thermal insulation measures during anesthesia induction on perioperative body temperature of elderly patients undergoing gastrointestinal laparotomy.Methods Eighty patients patients with gastrointestinal laparotomy treated in Yunfu People′s Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine thermal insulation measures,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive thermal insulation measures.The changes of body temperature and the total incidence of adverse reactions during anesthesia and after operation were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups before anesthesia(P>0.05).The body temperature after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive thermal insulation measures for elderly patients undergoing gastrointestinal laparotomy can not only reduce the patient′s body temperature,but also improve the safety of the operation to a certain extent.
