摘要 水资源短缺、人均水资源占有量少等水资源现状问题与我国不断增长的水资源消耗需求之间的矛盾日益突出,在此背景下,多种水资源问题日益涌现。通过河湖水系连通工程建立范围大、流域广的水资源调配格局,协同水资源配置问题,能够更多的促进各区域水资源的合理利用,为我国综合发展提供更大程度的助力。本文基于水资源配置模式及内容等相关论点,将河湖水系连通特征与优势联系,对基于河湖水系连通的水资源配置模式进行多角度总结与探讨,系统性的提出水资源合理配置的整体思路,根据不同配置目标探讨水资源配置方法,探索结合河湖水系连通的水资源配置特点,为水资源优化配置的发展提供理论基础。 The contradiction between the current situation of water resources,such as shortage of water resources and less per capita water resources,and the growing demand for water resources consumption in China has become increasingly prominent.Under this background,a variety of water resources problems are emerging day by day.Through the river and lake water system connection project to establish a wide range of water resources allocation pattern,cooperate with the problem of water resources allocation,can more promote the rational use of regional water resources,and provide a greater degree of assistance for the comprehensive development of our country.Based on the relevant arguments such as the mode and content of water resources allocation,this paper links the connectivity characteristics of river and lake water systems with advantages,summarizes and discusses the water resources allocation model based on the connectivity of river and lake water systems from various angles,systematically puts forward the overall idea of rational allocation of water resources,discusses the methods of water resources allocation according to different allocation objectives,and explores the characteristics of water resources allocation combined with the connectivity of river and lake water systems.It provides a theoretical basis for the development of optimal allocation of water resources.
