成体骨髓造血的神经调控

Neural Regulation of Adult Bone Marrow Hematopoiesis

摘要 造血干细胞可以重建整个血液和免疫系统,其自我更新和分化等功能的维持受内源微环境和外源信号的调控。神经调节作为调节机体稳态的三大体系之一,对成体造血干细胞和骨髓微环境的调控发挥重要作用。该文结合目前国内外已有的研究成果,对神经系统在造血干细胞功能调控和造血稳态维持中的作用进行综述。 HSCs(hematopoietic stem cells)can reconstitute the entire blood and immune systems.HSCs maintain their self-renewal and differentiation by intrinsic and extrinsic signals.Neural regulation,one of the three major systems for homeostasis,serves an important role in regulation of adult HSCs and their bone marrow microenvironment.Combined with the current research results,this paper reviews the role of the nervous system in the regulation of hematopoietic stem cell function and the maintenance of hematopoietic homeostasis.
