摘要
近年来低烟无卤电线电缆因其低烟低毒的优势,在工程中得到了越来越广泛的应用。烟密度试验是检测和评价电线电缆低烟特性的重要方法,它的影响因素较多。在现行有效的试验方法标准中规定了烟密度试验的装置、试验方法及步骤等,但未明确规定低烟型双绞线进行烟密度试验时,该如何确定试样的根数。本文就此进行了研究,对几种比较常用、合理的确定方法进行试验对比,得出了适用于不同试样数量的结论。
In recent years,low smoke and halogen free wires and cables have been more and more widely used in engineering because of its advantages of low smoke and low toxicity.Smoke density test is an important method to detect and evaluate the low smoke characteristics of wires and cables.The current effective test method standard stipulates the smoke density test device,test method and procedure,but does not specify how to determine the number of sample when low smoke type twisted-pair wire smoke density test is carried out.In this paper,several common and reasonable determination methods are tested and compared,and conclusions are drawn that are suitable for different sample quantity.
