摘要
按照IMO对散货船结构冗余强度的要求,基于实船的板架破损假定和国际船级社协会的《散货船和双壳油船协调共同结构规范》(CSR-H)的板架屈曲失效准则,提出散货船舷侧结构冗余度GBS符合性验证的方法,包括舷侧板架结构冗余度衡准、损坏假定、载荷情形、非线性有限元垮塌分析等内容,采用所提方法进行实船验算。计算结果表明,按照CSR-H规范设计的散货船舷侧结构能够满足“任一加强筋的单一局部损伤不会导致整个加筋板格的垮塌”的强度要求,因而具有适当的结构冗余度。
According to the IMO regulations and stiffened panel buckling failure criteria of IACS Harmonized Common Structural Rules(CSR), this paper put forward a new methodology for the verification on the IMO Goal Based Standard(GBS) compliance of structural redundancy requirements to the side shell frame of single side skin bulk carriers(SSS-BC). The concepts and definitions in this methodology, such as the structural redundancy acceptance criterion, damage assumption based on the real ship, load scenarios, non-linear finite element analysis(FEA) approach of the stiffened panels, etc.,were proposed, and the calculation verification on the real ship was also carried out. By the calculation results, it is demonstrated that the side shell structures of SSS-BC designed as per CSR rules can satisfy the strength requirement that‘localized damage of any stiffening structural member will not lead to immediate consequential collapse of the complete stiffened panel’, and have the appropriate structural redundancy accordingly.
