中和思想下张仲景之“和”探赜

Exploration of ZHANG Zhong-jing’s harmonizing from neutralization thought

中和思想是华夏数千年来所形成的一种民族精神,渗透于哲学、伦理、政治、文学、艺术乃至科学技术等一切领域。中医系“中和之医”,得中和则仁寿康宁,失中和则百病始生。“中和”乃核心理论之滥觞,是健康原则之本与生命追求之极。张仲景宗奉《黄帝内经》“和为圣度”之理论,将其升华并实现于医疗实践之中。文章通过探微中国传统哲学视域下的中医学理,从本末源流、养生诊疾、医德伦理等多维度挖掘张仲景“和”之辨治精神的内涵,丰富了中医学的哲学基础和思想内涵,成为中医学之核心准则。吾不揣愚陋,愿启后学之思。

Neutralization thought is the Chinese national spirit formed over thousands of years,permeated in philosophy,ethics,politics,literature,art,science and technology and other fields.Chinese medicine is the medicine of neutralization.Neutralization means longevity,health,while loss of neutralization means all kinds of diseases.Neutralization is the origin of the core theory,the foundation of the health principle and the ultimate pursuit of life.ZHANG Zhong-jing sublimated the theory of neutralization as sanctity in Huangdi Neijing and realized it in medical practice.By exploring the theory of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of traditional Chinese philosophy,this paper explores the connotation of ZHANG Zhongjing’s spirit of harmony from the perspective of historical origin,health preservation and treatment,medical ethics and other multidimensional aspects,which has enriched the philosophical foundation and ideological connotation of traditional Chinese medicine and has become the core criterion of traditional Chinese medicine,for sharing with each other.
