摘要
针对某款国六轻卡市场用户对燃油耗偏高的反馈,利用Cruise软件分析了两种降低后桥速比方案带来的整车动力性、经济性的变化。选择了其中一种方案对实际整车性能进行测试,经过试验验证,实现了整车燃油耗的降低。在用户车上更换了相应速比的后桥,测得该车的燃油耗明显下降,且没有发生用户对动力性降低的反映,得到了用户的认可。
In view of the complains of users in the China VI emission standards light truck market about high fuel consumption,this paper uses Cruise software to analyze the changes in vehicle power and economy caused by the two schemes of reducing the rear axle speed ratio.Select one of the schemes as the final scheme,and carry out the actual vehicle performance test to reduce the vehicle fuel consumption,and changes the rear axle with the corresponding speed ratio on the user′s vehicle.The actual fuel consumption of the user′s car has been reduced,and the user has not complained about the reduction of power performance,which has been approved by the users.
