摘要
连杆轴瓦是柴油机的关键零部件,其工作环境较为恶劣。若该零件失效,柴油机将无法正常运行。同时,连杆轴瓦一旦失效,零件本体会遭到严重破坏,几乎难以分析失效原因。因此,分析找到柴油机轴瓦失效的原因较为困难。针对某柴油机出现的单缸连杆轴瓦烧瓦失效问题,从柴油机设计、润滑、零部件质量和装配工艺等方面进行了校核与分析,通过改进零部件质量和装配工艺,解决了某柴油机连杆轴瓦的失效问题。
Con⁃rod bearing is a key part of the diesel engine.its working condition is complex and bad.If the part fails,the diesel engine cannot run normally.Once the con⁃rod bearing fails,it is almost difficult to analyze the cause of the failure.The failure of single cylinder con⁃rod bearing occurred in a diesel engine after mass production.The design check and analysis are carried out from the aspects of diesel engine design,lubrication,the quality of parts and assembly process.The problem was solved by improving the quality of the parts and assembly process.
