芪苈强心胶囊联合达格列净片对糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者氧化应激反应的影响

Effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsules Combined with Dapagliflozin on Oxidative Stress Response in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Heart Failure

目的:观察芪苈强心胶囊联合达格列净片对糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者氧化应激反应的影响。方法:选取120例糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组各60例,对照组使用达格列净片治疗,治疗组芪苈强心胶囊联合达格列净片治疗。比较2组治疗前后心率、平均动脉压、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、脂三酰甘油(TG)、胰岛脂联素(APN)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)水平的变化,观察2组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,2组心率、平均动脉压均较治疗前降低,治疗组心率、平均动脉压均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SOD、T-AOC水平均较治疗前上升,治疗组SOD、T-AOC水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,HbA1c、FBG、TG水平均较治疗前下降,治疗组上述3项水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组APN、IR水平均较治疗前下降,治疗组APN、IR水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组临床疗效总有效率为98.33%,对照组为88.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为1.66%,对照组不良反应发生率为3.33%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芪苈强心胶囊联合达格列净片治疗糖尿病合并心力衰竭可改善患者氧化应激反应,改善糖代谢、脂代谢,促进临床症状恢复。

Objective:To observe the effect of Qili Qiangxin capsules combined with dapagliflozin tablets on oxidative stress response in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with heart failure.Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with heart failure were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dapagliflozin tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Qili Qiangxin capsules combined with dapagliflozin tablets.The changes in heart rate,mean arterial pressure,oxidative stress response and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG),adiponectin(APN) and insulin resistance index(IR) before and after treatment in the two groups were compared;the clinical effects and incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SOD and T-AOC in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment;the levels of SOD and T-AOC in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HbA1c,FBG and TG were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above three levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of APN and IR were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of APN and IR in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical effect was 98.33% in the treatment group and 88.33% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33% in the treatment group and 1.66% in the control group,there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Qili Qiangxin capsules combined with dapagliflozin tablets for diabetes mellitus complicated with heart failure can significantly improve oxidative stress response,glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism,and promote the recovery of clinical symptoms.
