清热活血止痛汤对湿热瘀滞型急性骨萎缩患者疼痛、肿胀及关节功能的影响

Effect of Qingre Huoxue Zhitong Tang on Pain,Swelling and Joint Function in Patients with Acute Bone Atrophy of Damp-Heat and Stasis-Stagnation Type

目的:观察清热活血止痛汤对湿热瘀滞型急性骨萎缩患者疼痛、肿胀及关节功能的影响。方法:将82例湿热瘀滞型急性骨萎缩患者随机分为对照组和观察组各41例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予清热活血止痛汤治疗,连续治疗4周。对比2组治疗前后临床症状和体征评分(疼痛、关节僵硬、压痛、肿胀)、关节功能及日常生活活动能力的改善状况,比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组疼痛、关节僵硬、压痛、肿胀评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组关节功能和日常生活活动能力评分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为90.2%,明显高于对照组68.3%(P<0.05)。2组均无不良反应发生。结论:清热活血止痛汤治疗湿热瘀滞型急性骨萎缩疗效明显,能有效缓解患者疼痛和肿胀症状,促进患者关节功能康复和改善关节活动。

Objective:To observe the effect of Qingre Huoxue Zhitong tang on pain,swelling and joint function in patients with acute bone atrophy of damp-heat and stasis-stagnation type.Methods:A total of 82 patients with acute bone atrophy of damp-heat and stasis-stagnation type were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Qingre Huoxue Zhitong tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The clinical symptoms and signs scores(pain,joint stiffness,tenderness and swelling),joint function and the improvement of daily living activities before and after treatment and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of pain,joint stiffness,tenderness and swelling in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of joint function and daily living activity in both groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.2% in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 68.3% in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Qingre Huoxue Zhitong tang has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with acute bone atrophy of damp-heat and stasis-stagnation type,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of pain and swelling,promote the rehabilitation of joint function and improve joint activity.
