中药塌渍联合红外线照射及复方倍他米松注射液治疗带状疱疹临床研究

Clinical Study on Chinese Herbal Soaking Application Combined with Infrared Radiation and Compound Betamethasone Injection for Herpes Zoster

目的:观察中药塌渍联合红外线照射及复方倍他米松注射液治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:选取104例带状疱疹患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组各52例。对照组给予红外线照射及复方倍他米松注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药溻渍湿敷。2组均连续治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、症状缓解时间、炎性因子[白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)]水平的变化。结果:对照组临床疗效总有效率为69.23%,观察组临床疗效总有效率为88.46%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组NRS评分均较治疗前降低,观察组NRS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清IL-2水平均较治疗前升高,IL-6、IL-10水平均较治疗前下降,观察组血清IL-2水平高于对照组,IL-6、IL-10水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药塌渍联合红外线照射及复方倍他米松注射液治疗HZ可有效改善炎症程度,减轻疼痛程度,促进疱疹消退。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal soaking application combined with infrared radiation and compound betamethasone injection for herpes zoster.Methods:A total of 104 cases of patients with herpes zoster were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with infrared radiation and compound betamethasone injection,and the observation group was additionally treated with Chinese herbal soaking application and wet compressing.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared,and the changes in the scores of Numerical Rating Scale(NRS) of pain,the symptom relief time and the levels of inflammatory factors including interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-10(IL-10) before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical effect was 69.23% in the control group and 88.46% in the observation group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,NRS scores in the two groups were decreased,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-2 in the two groups were increased,and the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 were decreased;the level of serum IL-2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 were lower,the difference being sighificant(P<0.05).The time of controlling herpes,incrustation and decrustation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Chinese herbal soaking application combined with infrared radiation and compound betamethasone injection for herpes zoster can effectively improve inflammatory degree,relieve pain and promote herpes regression in patients.
