穴位按摩治疗血液透析并发肌肉痉挛临床研究

Clinical Study on Point Massage for Hemodialysis Complicated with Muscle Spasm

目的:观察穴位按摩对血液透析并发肌肉痉挛的临床疗效。方法:选取血液透析并发肌肉痉挛患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予穴位按摩。比较2组治疗前后肌肉痉挛疼痛程度、肌肉痉挛持续时间、改良Barthel量表(MBI)评分及2组临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为88.64%,高于对照组的70.45%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组肌肉痉挛疼痛指数及持续时间均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组MBI评分均显著高于治疗前,且观察组MBI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩治疗血液透析并发肌肉痉挛能显著提高临床疗效,降低患者疼痛、痉挛持续时间和并发症发生,提高患者日常生活能力。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of point massage for hemodialysis complicated with muscle spasm.Methods:A total of 88 cases of patients with hemodialysis complicated with muscle spasm were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was additionally given point massage based on routine treatment.The pain degree of muscle spasm,duration of muscle spasm,Modified Barthel Index(MBI) scores before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects and the incidences of complications in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 88.64% in the observation group,higher than that of 70.45% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,pain indexes and duration of muscle spasm in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,MBI scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and MBI score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Point massage for hemodialysis complicated with muscle spasm can significantly improve the clinical effect,reduce pain,spasm duration and the incidence of complications,and improve the activity of daily living.
