盐酸莫西沙星片联合磁振热治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets Combined with Magnetic Resonance Thermal for Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:观察盐酸莫西沙星片联合磁振热治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选取60例慢性盆腔炎患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组及对照组各30例,对照组给予盐酸莫西沙星片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合磁振热进行治疗。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分及治疗后2组腰骶下腹疼痛、白带异常、盆腔肿块改善时间。结果:治疗3周后,试验组临床疗效总有效率为93.3%,对照组为76.7%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3周后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前下降,试验组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组腰骶下腹疼痛、白带异常、盆腔肿块的改善时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸莫西沙星片联合磁振热治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效显著,可缓解患者临床症状,缩短腰骶下腹疼痛、白带异常、盆腔肿块的改善时间。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of magnetic resonance thermal combined with moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into the experiment group and the control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets,and the experiment group was additionally given magnetic resonance thermal therapeutic apparatus based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects,the scores of Chinese medicine symptoms before and after treatment and the improvement time of lumbosacral lower abdominal pain,abnormal leucorrhea and pelvic mass were compared between the two groups.Results:After three weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.3% in the experiment group and 76.7%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After three weeks of treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the scores of Chinese medicine symptoms in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of lumbosacral lower abdominal pain,abnormal leucorrhea and pelvic mass in the experiment group was shorter than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnetic resonance thermal therapeutic apparatus combined with moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets has a significant effect on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can relieve clinical symptoms and shorten the improvement time of lumbosacral lower abdominal pain,abnormal leucorrhea and pelvic mass.
