子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的病因病理研究进展

子宫内膜异位症作为妇科临床常见疑难症,其复发率高,很难治愈,尤其危及生育期女性的生殖健康。因此提高子宫内膜异位症不孕患者的妊娠率,已成为妇产科研究领域的热点之一。目前,子宫内膜异位症的发病机制尚不十分明确,合并不孕的病因、病理更加复杂,随着分子生物学、免疫学和基因学等医学领域的日益进步,子宫内膜异位症与不孕等相关病因、病理的研究发展,取得了大量的研究成果。子宫内膜异位症在神经内分泌功能、盆腔结构、免疫因素等方面发生异常,引起女性生殖器官结构和功能的变化,从多方面、多角度干扰着子宫内膜异位症患者的生殖功能。本文通过对近几年国内外的相关研究文献进行综述,旨在对子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者的病因、病理进行更加深入地研究,以期为临床治疗子宫内膜异位症性不孕提供有效借鉴和参考,从而更好地满足子宫内膜异位症患者对生育的需求。

As a common clinical difficulty in gynecology,endometriosis has a high recurrence rate and is difficult to cure,especially endangering the reproductive health of women in their reproductive period.Therefore,improving the pregnancy rate of infertility patients with endometriosis has become one of the hot topics in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.At present,the pathogenesis of endometriosis is not very clear,and the etiology and pathology of infertility are more complex.With the progress of molecular biology,immunology,genetics and other medical fields,the research development of endometriosis and infertility and other related etiology and pathology has made a lot of research achievements.Endometriosis is abnormal in neuroendocrine function,pelvic structure,immune factors and other aspects,resulting in changes in the structure and function of female reproductive organs,which interferes with the reproductive function of patients with endometriosis from many aspects and angles.This article through to the relevant research literature at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed,aimed at in patients with endometriosis with infertility etiology,pathology,more in-depth research,so as to provide effective clinical treatment of endometriosis infertility reference,to better meet the needs of patients with endometriosis on bearing.Endometriosis,as a difficult gynecological clinical disease,has a high recurrence rate and is difficult to cure,especially endangering the reproductive health of reproductive women.Therefore,improving the pregnancy rate of endometriosis infertility has become one of the hotspots in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.At present,the etiology and pathology of endometriosis are not very clear,also the etiology and pathology of combined infertility are more complex.With the increasing progress in medical fields such as molecular biology,immunology and genetics,a large number of research results have been obtained.Endometriosis is abnormal in neuroendocrine function,pelvic structure and immune factors,which leads to the changes of fEMsale reproductive organ structure and function,and interferes with the reproductive function of patients with endometriosis from many aspects and angles.Through the review of relevant research literature at home and abroad in recent years,this paper aims to make a more in-depth study on the etiology and pathology of patients with endometriosis complicated with infertility,in order to provide effective reference and reference for the clinical treatment of endometriotic infertility,so as to better meet the reproductive needs of patients with endometriosis.
