桂林市中学生近视现况调查及其影响因素分析

Investigation on the current situation of myopia and influencing factors among middle school students in Guilin

目的分析桂林市中学生近视现况及其影响因素。方法采用分层抽样法选取2021年9月至2021年10月桂林市2223名15~18岁的高中生作为研究对象,根据是否患有近视分为近视组(1431例)和非近视组(792例),使用logistics回归分析法分析近视患病的相关因素。结果接受调查高中生的近视总患病率为64.37%,单因素分析结果显示,近视组和非近视组的性别、父母近视情况、课外作业时间、户外活动时间、使用电子产品时间、平均睡眠时间、是否具有视力保护习惯、经常熬夜、经常揉眼睛、挑食和喜欢甜食、喜欢在阳光下和车上看书等比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,女性、父母有近视、较长的每天课外作业时间以及较长时间使用电子设备是导致近视患病的独立危险因素(β>0,OR>1,P<0.05)。结论桂林市高中生的近视患病率较高,应加强关于近视的防控宣传教育,督促学生养成良好、正确的用眼习惯。

Objective To analyze the prevalence of myopia and its influencing factors among middle school students in Guilin.Methods From September 2021 to October 2021,2223 senior high school students aged 15-18 in Guilin were selected by stratified sampling method as the research objects.According to whether they had myopia,they were divided into the myopic group(1431 cases)and the non-myopic group(792 cases).Logistics regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors of myopia.Results The prevalence of myopia among senior high school students was 64.37%,and univariate analysis showed that Myopia and myopic group of gender,parents myopia,homework time,outdoor activities,the use of electronic products,the average sleep time,whether to have eyesight protection habits,often stay up late,often rub eyes,picky about food and sweet food,like to read in the sun and the car such as comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that female,parents with myopia,longer homework time and longer use of electronic devices were independent risk factors for myopia(β>0,OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence rate of myopia among high school students in Guilin is relatively high.It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and education of myopia prevention and control,and urge students to form a good and correct habit of using eyes.
