稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血氧饱和度及生活质量与疲劳的相关性研究

Correlation research between blood oxygen saturation,quality of life and fatigue in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血氧饱和度及COPD评估测试问卷(CAT)评分与疲劳的相关性。方法选取2021年2月至8月在内蒙古医科大学附属医院治疗的240例稳定期COPD患者作为研究对象,对患者进行血氧饱和度测量及CAT、多维疲劳量表(MFI-20)评分调查,采用Pearson相关分析法分析患者血氧饱和度及CAT评分与疲劳的相关性。结果稳定期COPD患者的疲劳总分为(65.65±12.23)分,体力疲劳、脑力疲劳、动力下降、活动减少四个维度的得分分别为(35.84±7.07)、(9.64±2.67)、(10.38±1.97)及(9.80±2.45)分。血氧饱和度与MFI-20评分及各维度评分呈负相关,CAT评分总分与MFI-20评分及各维度评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论稳定期COPD患者血氧饱和度及生活质量与疲劳程度显著相关,医务工作者可通过改善缺氧症状、提高生活质量缓解患者的疲劳症状。

Objective To investigate the relationship between fatigue and blood oxygen saturation,COPD assessment questionnaire(CAT)score in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods A total of 240 stable COPD patients treated in The Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from February to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.Blood oxygen saturation and CAT and multidimensional fatigue inventory(MFI-20)scores of the patients were investigated.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between blood oxygen saturation and CAT score and fatigue.Results The total fatigue score of stable COPD patients was(65.65±12.23)points,and the scores of physical fatigue,mental fatigue,motivation decline and activity reduction were(35.84±7.07),(9.64±2.67),(10.38±1.97)and(9.80±2.45)points respectively.There was a negative correlation between blood oxygen saturation and MFI-20 score and dimensions score,and a positive correlation between total CAT score and MFI-20 score and dimensions score(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen saturation index and quality of life are significantly correlated with fatigue degree in stable COPD patients.Medical workers can alleviate fatigue of patients by improving hypoxia symptoms and quality of life.
