丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果及对患者中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值、白细胞介素-33的影响

Clinical effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and its influence on the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and interleukin-33

目的探讨丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果及对患者中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)的影响。方法选取2020年7月1日至2021年6月30日陆军第七十三集团军医院神经内科收治的130例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(65例)与对照组(65例)。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损改善情况及日常生活活动能力,比较两组患者治疗前后的中性粒细胞(N)、淋巴细胞(L)、NLR及IL-33水平。结果两组患者治疗后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于治疗前,Barthel指数高于治疗前,且研究组患者治疗后的NIHSS评分低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的N、NLR水平低于治疗前,L水平高于治疗前,且研究组患者治疗后的N、NLR水平低于对照组,L水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的IL-33水平高于治疗前,且研究组患者治疗后的IL-33水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床效果显著,可降低NLR,提升IL-33水平,对改善患者预后具有积极作用,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and its influence on neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and interleukin-33(IL-33).Methods A total of 130 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology of the 73rd Army Hospital of the Army from July 1,2020 to June 30,2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group(65 cases)and control group(65 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules.The improvement of neurological impairment and the ability of daily living were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the levels of neutrophil(N),lymphocyte(L),NLR and IL-33 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the Barthel indexes in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the NIHSS score in study group was lower than that in the control group,the Barthel index in study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,N and NLR levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while L levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and N and NLR levels in study group were lower than those in the control group,while L level in study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-33 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the level of IL-33 in study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide Soft Capsules has a significant clinical effect on patients with acute ischemic stroke,which can reduce NLR and increase IL-33 level,and has a positive effect on improving the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
