三莲金黄散联合红光治疗在蝮蛇咬伤中的应用效果

Application effect of Sanlian Jinhuang Powder combined with red light therapy in the treatment of agkistrodon bites

目的探讨三莲金黄散联合红光治疗在蝮蛇咬伤中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年8月江西省宜春市中医院外科收治的100例蝮蛇咬伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用三莲金黄散联合红光治疗。治疗前及治疗后1、2、3、6 d,采用患肢周径差、视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估两组患者不同时刻的患肢肿胀程度和疼痛指数,统计两组的住院时间。结果治疗前,两组的患肢肿胀周径、VAS疼痛指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、2、3、6 d,两组的患肢肿胀周径、VAS疼痛指数低于本组治疗前,且两组治疗后1、2、3、6 d的患肢肿胀周径、VAS疼痛指数低于前一时间点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后2、3、6 d的患肢肿胀周径、VAS疼痛指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三莲金黄散联合红光治疗能够显著提高蝮蛇咬伤治疗效果,改善患肢肿胀、疼痛,缩短患者住院时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of Sanlian Jinhuang Powder combined with red light therapy in the treatment of agkistrodon bites.Methods A total of 100 patients with agkistrodon bites who were admitted to Department of Surgery of Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province from March 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Sanlian Jinhuang Powder combined with red light therapy on the basis of routine treatment.The swelling degree and pain index of the affected limbs of the two groups at different times were evaluated by limb circumference difference and visual analogue scale(VAS),and the length of hospital stay of the two groups was counted.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the circumference of affected limb and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1,2,3 and 6 days after treatment,the circumference of affected limb and VAS scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the circumference of affected limb and VAS scores in the two groups at 1,2,3 and 6 days after treatment were lower than those at the previous time point,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The circumference of affected limb and VAS scores of the observation group at 2,3 and 6 days after treatment were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanlian Jinhuang Powder combined with red light therapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect on agkistrodon bite,relieve swelling and pain of the affected limb,shorten hospital stay,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
