预见性护理在ICU患者院内安全转运中的应用价值

Application value of predictive nursing in the safe transportation of ICU patients in hospital

目的探讨预见性护理在ICU患者院内安全转运中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至6月肇庆市第一人民医院ICU收治的86例院内转运患者作为研究组,选取2020年7月至12月肇庆市第一人民医院ICU收治的80例院内转运患者作为对照组。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用预见性护理,比较两组患者不良事件总发生率、院内平均转运时间以及护理满意度。结果研究组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的院内平均转运时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU患者院内转运过程中通过应用预见性护理能够进一步降低不良事件总发生率,缩短院内平均转运时间,在提升转运效率的同时,为患者提供安全保障。

Objective To explore the application value of predictive care in the safe transportation of ICU patients in the hospital.Methods A total of 86 patients in the ICU of First People′s Hospital of Zhaoqing from January to June 2021 were selected as the study group,and 80 patients in the ICU of First People′s Hospital of Zhaoqing from July to December 2020 were selected as the control group.Routine nursing was used in the control group and predictive nursing was used in the study group.The total incidence of adverse events,average hospital transit time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average transit time in the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of predictive nursing during the in-hospital transfer of ICU patients can further reduce the incidence of adverse events,shorten the average in-hospital transfer time,and provide safety guarantees for patients while improving the transfer efficiency.
