平拉索人行桥设计及钢结构施工技术研究

Research on Design of Pedestrian Bridge with Flat Cable and Steel Structure Construction Technology

阐述了平拉索桥的结构特点,分析了平拉索桥的结构设计,包括平拉索桥的承重索及栏杆索、锚锭设计、风缆设计、桥面系设计,对钢结构的防腐、钢结构的焊接与焊接检验、钢结构的组装等进行了详细介绍,并从施工角度提出了平拉索索道人行桥的施工要点与管理养护的具体要求。研究分析表明:平拉索桥的成桥状态承重索和稳定索几何形状受恒载及温度控制,设计提供的索股无应力长度和主缆线型等参数是在设计温度及理想恒载工况下计算得到的,施工控制的单位应根据实际恒载及各种施工误差的反馈信息进行修正,并进行严格有效的施工监测和控制。

The structural characteristics of the bridge with flat cable are elaborated,the structural design of the bridge with flat cable are analyzed,including the design of load-bearing cable and railing cable,anchor design,wind cable design and bridge deck system design of the bridge with flat cable,the anti-corrosion of the steel structure,the welding and welding inspection of the steel structure and the assembly of the steel structure are introduced in detail,and the key points of construction of the pedestrian bridge with flat cable and the specific requirements of management and maintenance are put forward from the perspective of construction.The research and analysis show that:the geometry of the load-bearing cable and stable cable in the completion state of the bridge with flat cable are controlled by the dead load and temperature.The parameters such as the unstressed length of the cable strand and the main cable line type provided in the design are calculated under the working conditions of design temperature and ideal dead load,so as to let the construction control unit carry out the correction according to the actual dead load and the feedback information of various construction errors,and carry out strict and effective construction monitoring and control.
