摘要
通过在沥青中掺加聚氨酯材料可达到提高沥青混合料使用性能的目的,以基质沥青和4%SBS改性沥青作为参照组,借助一系列室内试验分析评价了聚氨酯改性沥青混合料的强度、高低温和水稳定性,试验结果表明:聚氨酯能够明显提高沥青混合料的强度和高温抗永久变形能力,改善其低温柔韧性,并对水稳定性具有一定的改善作用,最后综合考虑各方面路用性能及经济性,推荐聚氨酯最佳掺量宜为25%。
The operational performance of asphalt mixture can be improved by adding polyurethane material to asphalt.Taking matrix asphalt and 4%SBS modified asphalt as the reference group,the strength,high and low temperature and water stability of polyurethane modified asphalt mixture are evaluated with the help of a series of indoor test analysis.The test results show that:polyurethane can significantly improve the strength and high-temperature permanent deformation resistance of asphalt mixture,and improve its low-temperature flexibility and water stability.Finally,considering all aspects of pavement performance and economy,it is recommended that the best content of polyurethane should be 25%.
