结合京港澳高速湖北北段养护工程的实际情况,以高速公路改扩建分流为切入点,采用路径比选的方法对高速公路差异化收费模式的具体方案进行了测算,并提出相关建议,为其他高速公路在改扩建或工程养护期间的差异化收费分流方案提供参考。

In combination with the actual situation of the maintenance project of Hubei north section of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao expressway,taking the diversion of the expressway reconstruction and expansion as the starting point,the specific scheme for the differentiated charge mode of the expressway is measured and calculated by using the method of path comparison and selection,and relevant suggestions are put forward,so as to provide reference for the differentiated charge diversion scheme of other expressways during the reconstruction and expansion or project maintenance.
