高速公路不可解体货物运输安全管理措施研究

Research on the Safety Management Measures of Non-detachable Cargo Transportation of Expressway

由于不可解体货物运输车辆占用高速公路较大路面资源,且车辆行驶速度较慢,给高速公路正常行驶的车辆及高速公路基础设施带来一定的安全隐患,应引起高度重视。阐述了大件车管控难点,从行政许可、通行核查、设施配套、联合执法、信用体系、宣传引导几方面提出具体安全管理措施。

As the non-detachable cargo transport vehicles occupy a large amount of pavement resources of expressway,and the vehicle running speed is slow,it brings certain potential safety hazards to the normal running vehicles of expressway and the infrastructure of expressway,which should be paid great attention.The difficulties in the management and control of heavy vehicles are elaborated,and the specific safety management measures are put forward from the aspects of administrative license,feasible verification,supporting facilities,joint law enforcement,credit system and publicity guidance.
