摘要
设计思维给组织管理和创新能力带来了积极的变化。越来越多的企业发现了设计思维的优点,把它应用到企业内部的创新变革和战略制定。XXY Design团队为“拓路士”制定的商业战略规划中,从使命、愿景和意义3个维度重新定义了“拓路士”的品牌文化;使用斯坦福VALS模型和动态用户画像等理论,对“拓路士”的市场群体进行了细分;然后设计了拓路士的核心产品,并运用游客旅行图对产品进行了体验优化;最后,根据Winterhouse Pathways模型和九宫格画布,为“拓路士”制定了明确的发展目标和实现路径。目的在于促使“拓路士”完成同一维度里0到1的突破、1到2的累积,甚至是跨维度地实现从1走向A。
Design thinking has brought positive changes to organizational management and innovation ability.More and more enterprises have discovered the advantages of design thinking and applied it to innovation revolution and strategy formulation within enterprises.XXY design team redefines the brand culture of the"TAURUS"from three dimensions:mission,vision and meaning;subdivides the market group of the"TAURUS"using stanford"VALS"model and dynamic user portrait theory;then designs the core product of the"TAURUS"and optimizes the product by using tourist travel map;finally,according to the Winterhouse Pathways model and nine palace painting cloth,it formulates the clear development goal and realization path for the"TAURUS".The purpose of the team is to promote the"TAURUS"company to complete the breakthrough of 0 to 1 in the same dimension,the accumulation of 1 to 2,and even realize the transition from 1 to A.
