摘要
随着信息网络技术与移动设备的飞速发展,在社交媒体上记录和分享美食已经变得稀疏平常。而社交媒体所拥有的庞大用户数量和用户自主生成信息内容的特质,使其成为对日常饮食情境调研的有效数据来源之一。本文通过观察和分析社交媒体中美食照片的呈现特征,结合视觉线索对食物感知与饮食行为的影响,进一步阐述和探索了将观察到的视觉线索与现代数字技术相结合,为后续食物设计过程中视觉感知线索的构建与呈现提供启发与参考。
With the rapid development of information communication technology and mobile devices,recording and sharing food on social media has become fairly unimpressive.Considering the attributes of massive users and the user-generated content,social media can be regarded as one of data sources with various information.Based on the impact of visual cues on food perception and eating behaviour,visual characteristics in food photos on social media have been analysed.From these visual cues,guidance and inspiration for constructing and presenting perception-related visual cues in further food design with modern digital technology can be provided.
