基于《中华医典》文献挖掘的膝痹用药规律研究

Study on the medication law of knee arthralgia syndrome based on the literature mining in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Book

[目的]通过对《中华医典》中治疗膝痹的相关文献进行挖掘分析,探索膝痹用药及组方规律,为膝痹的临床治疗提供文献依据。[方法]检索《中华医典》中治疗膝痹的中药方剂,经数据筛选处理后,利用“古今医案云平台”软件进行药物使用频数、四气、五味、归经、功效及关联关系等分析。[结果]对筛选出的107首处方进行分析,共涉及中药214味,功效多以强筋骨为主,四气以温为主,五味中辛味最多,归经多见脾经、肝经、肾经,高频次组合为防风配伍牛膝,甘草配伍川芎、当归。[结论]在膝痹的中药治疗中,以补肝肾、强筋骨为主,同时要兼顾祛风除湿、逐瘀通经等,标本同治,虚实兼顾。

[Objective]Through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Book in the treatment of knee arthralgiarelated literature analysis,to explore the use of knee arthralgia drugs and formula law,to provide the clinical literature proof for the clinical treatment of arthralgia.[Methods]By searching the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for treating knee arthralgia in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Book,after data screening and processing,using“ancient and modern medical records cloud platform”software to analyze the frequency of drug use,four-qi,five-flavor,meridian tropism,efficacy and correlation analysis.[Results]A total of 107 prescriptions were analyzed,including 214 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the efficacy of which was mainly strengthening muscle and bone medicine,the four-qi were mainly warm,the common five-flavor were the spleen meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian,and the high frequency combination were radix saposhnikoviae-Radix Achyranthis,licorice-Ligusticum Chuanxiong-Angelica Sinensis.[Conclusion]In the treatment of knee arthralgia,it is necessary to reinforce the liver and kidney,strengthen the muscle and bone,at the same time,to dispel wind and remove dampness,remove blood stasis and dredge the meridians should be taken into account,to achieve the goal of the treatment combination of the superficiality and essence,deficiency and excess.
