湖北省风电场大风速段风资源特征分析 被引量:4

摘要 风速是风能资源评估的关键因素,但目前对大风速段(≥9.0 m/s)风资源评估的相关研究较少。文章利用2013-2017年湖北省24座测风塔的实测资料,分析了测风塔大风速段的时空分布规律及风向特征,并在此基础上对大风速段风速、风功率密度、发电量与湖北省风能资源评估中的传统指标进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,风电场30%-50%的发电量发生在大风速段,且大风速段相关指标与传统指标有较好的相关性。鉴于此,在风能资源评估中,可尝试将大风速段分布特征作为一个新的重要指标,以提高风能资源评估的合理性和准确性。 Wind speed is the key factor for the wind energy resource assessment,and the cut-out wind speed of major fans in Hubei Province is reduced to 9 m/s in recent years. However, there are few researches on the high wind speed section (≥9.0 m/s) of wind tower in wind energy resource assessment. Based on the observed data of 24 wind towers in Hubei Province from 2013 to 2017, the spatiotemporal distribution of high wind speed is analyzed as well as the wind direction characteristics. Meanwhile, the wind speed, wind power density and power generation of high wind speed section are compared to that of the traditional indexes in the wind energy resource assessment in Hubei Province. The results show that about 30% -50% of power generation of wind farms is occurred in the high wind speed section, and the indexes of high wind speed is highly correlated to those traditional indexes by comparison. Therefore, the distribution characteristics of high wind speed section can be used as a new important index to improve the rationality and accuracy of wind energy resource assessment.
