摘要
本文论述了国内外食品相关产品质量监管标准化体系的现状以及我国食品相关产品质量监管标准化体系发展中存在的问题。就食品相关产品质量监管标准化体制、质量监管技术支持系统等方面进行深入分析,在此基础上,提出引导多方主体参与食品相关产品质量监管机制,营造良好的质量监管氛围;整合检测检验资源,完善检测机构体系建设等措施,持续更新食品相关产品安全质量监管标准化体系,促进食品质量的全面提升。
This article discusses the current situation of the food-related product quality supervision standardization system at home and abroad and the existing problems in the development of food-related product quality supervision standardization system in China.This article makes in-depth analysis of the food-related product quality supervision standardization system,quality supervision technical support system,etc.On this basis,it proposes guiding multiple subjects to participate in the quality supervision mechanism of food-related products and create a good quality supervision atmosphere;integrates testing and inspection resources,improve the construction of testing institutions and other measures,continue to update the food-related product safety and quality supervision standardization system,and promote the overall improveme nt of food quality.
