浙江省医疗保障经办服务标准体系探究与建立

Exploration and Construction of Standards System on Medical Security Management Services in Zhejiang Province

医疗保障是减轻群众就医负担、增进民生福祉、维护社会和谐稳定的重大制度安排。本文分析了当前医疗保障标准化现状,以浙江省医疗保障经办服务为例,阐述了医疗保障经办服务标准需求、标准体系的构建原则和建设内容,并从标准体系持续完善、标准化人才培养、推进医疗保障经办服务标准化工作数字化三方面对浙江省医疗保障经办服务标准化工作提出建议。

Medical security is an important system arrangement to reduce the burden of medical services,improve people’s well-being and maintain social harmony and stability.This paper analyzes the current situation of medical security standardization,takes the medical security management services in Zhejiang province as an example,expounds the requirements of standards on medical security management services,the construction principles and the construction contents of the standards system,and puts forward some suggestions on the standardization of medical security management services in Zhejiang province in the following three aspects:perfecting the standards system continuously,cultivating standardization talents,and promoting the digitalization of standardization work on medical security management services.
