浅析标准化助力煤炭产业升级

Analysis of Standardization in Promoting Coal Industrial Upgrading

随着国家环境管控力度的提升,对高能耗、低附加值产业去产能,实行供给侧改革,大力推动经济高质量发展,煤矿等传统能源行业面临资本流失、利润下滑的困境,亟待转型升级。本文系统地分析了我国煤炭领域标准运行现状,通过探讨存在的困难,提出借助标准化工具探索煤炭行业发展的建议。

With the improvement of national environmental management and control,the country has reduced the capacity of industries with high energy consumption and low added value,implemented supply-side reform,and vigorously promoted high-quality economic development.Traditional energy industries such as coal mines are facing the predicament of capital loss and profit decline,therefore it is urgent to transform and upgrade.This article systematically analyzes the status quo of standard operation in the coal field of China,discusses the existing difficulties,and puts forward the suggestion of exploring the development of coal industry with the help of standardization tools.
