油田化学表面活性剂类产品企业标准存在的主要问题及对策

Discussion on the Main Problems and Countermeasures in Enterprise Standards of Oilfield Chemical Surfactant Products

表面活性剂类化学剂在油气田开发过程中具有广泛的应用,并起着非常重要的作用。然而由于部分企业对该类化学剂的性质及在油田开发中使用的性能特点认识不足,导致相关企业标准中存在产品名称不规范、重要技术指标缺失等问题,在一定程度上会给企业对产品的质量控制、产品质量的提高、油田的正确使用和质量监管带来较大的影响。本文通过对油气田开发过程中表面活性剂类产品基本性能的分析,对随机选取的41个涉及驱油剂、助排剂、泡排剂等油化剂表面活性剂类产品企业标准中存在的主要问题进行了梳理,并对解决对策进行了探讨,为此类产品的企业标准制定与使用提供指导性建议。

Chemical surfactant products have been widely applied in the development of oil and gas fields.Some enterprises lack understanding of the properties of such chemicals and their performances and characteristics in the development of oilfields.As a result,the problems such as non-standardized product names in the relevant enterprise standards and absent important technical parameters would bring significant impact on the quality control and improvement of products as well as proper application and quality supervision of oilfields.This paper sorts out the main problems in the randomly selected 41 enterprise standards,involving oil displacement agent,foaming agent etc.,based on the analysis of the basic performances of surfactant products in the process of oil and gas field development,and discusses the countermeasures to provide useful reference for developing and using the enterprise standards of surfactant products.
