In the process of cultural construction in colleges and universities,student associations play a front role,which can not only provide students with the space of communication and exchanges,but also provide conditions for campus ideological and political education.Therefore,colleges and universities should realize the importance of the construction and management of student associations.According to the current development trend,more and more students begin to take the initiative to join the campus associations.In order to play the role of the associations,it is necessary to take effective management measures,define specific convenience standards and system requirements,and achieve standardization and institutionalization construction.This paper has carried out relevant elaboration and analysis.
