规范化呼吸训练应用于CT胸部检查的临床效果

摘要 目的:探讨分析规范化呼吸训练应用于多层螺旋CT胸部检查中的效果。方法:实验的时间基准以2020年7月至2021年1月期间为准,将该时段内甘肃省白银市第三人民医院中接受CT胸部检查的患者70名作为研究对象,将患者随机双盲两组均分,单组设35名患者,记录为对照组与实验组。对照组选择常规指导,实验组患者进行规范化呼吸训练,记录患者的心率控制不佳率以及呼吸配合不佳率以及检查准备时间和检查时间,评估两组数据差异。结果:对照组患者在检查时出现的不良事件,发生率明显更高,数据进行对比分析差异显著(P<0.05);实验组患者的各项检查时间和检查准备时间明显更短,对照组与实验组相比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:选择规范化呼吸训练有助于改善患者的检查质量,使患者的胸部CT检查更为顺利,具有良好的可应用价值,值得进一步的推广。 Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of standardized breathing training in chest examination with multi-slice spiral CT.Methods:The time baseline of the experiment was from July 2020 to January 2021.70 patients who received CT chest examination in Baiyin Third People’s Hospital during this period were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 35 patients in each group.Routine guidance was selected for the control group,and standardized breathing training was performed for the experimental group.The rate of poor heart rate control and respiration coordination,as well as the preparation time and examination time of the patients were recorded to evaluate the data differences between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The examination time and examination preparation time of patients in the experimental group were significantly shorter,and the difference between the control group and the experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The selection of standardized breathing training is helpful to improve the quality of the examination of patients,make the chest CT examination of patients smoother,which has a good value of application,and is worthy of further promotion.
