标准化心理护理模式对慢性盆腔炎患者生活质量、心理状态的影响

Influence of Standardized Psychological Nursing Mode on Quality of Life and Psychological State of Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:阐述标准化心理护理模式对慢性盆腔炎患者生活质量、心理状态的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年6月清水县计划生育服务站收治的患者80例,根据护理措施的不同将其分为对照组和研究组各40例,其中对照组进行传统护理,而研究组进行标准化心理护理,通过观察患者生活质量与心理状态,以此分析护理方法的有效性。结果:研究组患者的生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。而从心理状况角度而言,护理前两组无明显差异(P>0.05),而护理后研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对慢性盆腔炎患者实施心理护理后,可以在极大程度上改善其心理状况,进而使其依从性大大增强,进而促进疾病的恢复并拥有良好的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized psychological nursing mode on the quality of life and psychological state of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:80 patients admitted in Qingshui County Planning Childbirth Service Station from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different nursing measures,in which 40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional nursing,and 40 patients in the study group were treated with standardized psychological nursing.The quality of life and psychological state of patients were observed,in order to analyze the effectiveness of nursing methods.Results:The quality of life in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of psychological status,there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),while the study group was significantly better than the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the implementation of psychological nursing for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,their psychological status can be greatly improved,and their compliance can be greatly enhanced,so as to promote the recovery of disease and have a good quality of life.
