游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损

Free anterolateral thigh perforator flap for repairing soft tissue defect on the foot and ankle

[目的]探讨游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复足踝部大面积软组织缺损的效果。[方法] 2011年1月—2019年12月,对22例足踝部大面积软组织缺损患者,行游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复踝部大面积软组织缺损,左足10例,右足12例。分析其临床效果。[结果] 22例患者皮瓣全部存活,所有患者均获随访,随访时间12~19个月,平均(13.67±4.24)个月。随术后时间推移,22例患者的VAS评分、踝伸屈ROM、AOFAS评分、皮瓣感觉Highet评级均显著改善(P<0.05)。[结论]游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复足踝部大面积软组织缺损中具有皮瓣成活率高,临床效果满意。

[Objective] To investigate the clinical outcomes of free anterolateral thigh perforator flap for repairing large soft tissue defect on foot and ankle. [Methods] From January 2011 to December 2019, a total of 22 patients with large soft tissue defects of foot and ankle were treated with free anterolateral thigh perforator flap, including 10 left feet and 12 right feet. The clinical consequence were analyzed. [Results] All the 22 patients got the flap survived, and were followed up for 12~19 months, with an average of(13.67±4.24) months.The VAS score, ankle planta flexion dorsal extension range of motion(ROM), AOFAS score, and Highet sensory grade of the flap significantly improved in all the 22 patients over time postoperatively(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Free anterolateral thigh perforator flap has high survival rate for repairing large soft tissue defect on the foot and ankle, and does achieve satisfactory clinical results.
