摘要
全氟己基磺酰氟经一步或二步反应制得全氟己基阴离子和双子型氟表面活性剂,研究其表面活性以及盐、pH值对该类表面活性剂表面活性的影响。结果表明,两种表面活性剂都具有优异的表面活性和耐盐性,其中双子型氟表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度低至6.67×10^(-4) mol/L,并表现出较好的耐酸耐碱性。两种氟碳表面活性剂在200℃以上均稳定,具有良好的工业应用前景。
The perfluorohexyl anionic and gemini fluorine-containing surfactants are synthesized by one step or two steps reaction of perfluorohexyl sulfonyl chlorid,the surface activity and high yield were reported,and the effects of salt and acid-base on the surface activity of the synthesized surfactants were studied.The results showed that both surfactants exhibited excellent surface property and resistance to salt.Nevertheless,the critical micelle concentrations of gemini fluorocarbon surfactant was as low as 6.67×10^(-4) mol/L,and this surfactant boasted better acid and alkali resistance.Moreover,the two fluorocarbon surfactants remained stable above 200℃.These superior properties indicate that these surfactants had good prospect for commercial applications.
