ASP/H_(2)O_(2)/EDTA-Mg^(2+)体系对烷基糖苷脱色工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 ASP/H_(2)O_(2)/EDTA-Mg^(2+)烷基糖苷脱色工艺中,ASP是影响消光系数的重要因素,其次是ASP/H_(2)O_(2)摩尔比与温度,EDTA-Mg^(2+)的影响最弱。优化的脱色条件为:100 g 50%烷基糖苷溶液ASP的添加量16.5 g,ASP与H_(2)O_(2)的摩尔比0.55,EDTA-Mg^(2+)为0.4 g,温度50℃。对脱色后烷基糖苷的固含量、残醇含量、pH值、黏度、平均聚合度、灰分含量等检测结果显示,各项指标均符合烷基糖苷国标。 The results show that in the process of ASP/H_(2)O_(2)/EDTA-Mg^(2+)decolorization of alkyl glycosides,ASP is an important factor affecting the extinction coefficient,followed by ASP/H_(2)O_(2) molar ratio and temperature,and EDTA-Mg^(2+)has the weakest effect.The optimized decolorization conditions are as follows:the addition amount of 100 g 50%ASP is 16.5 g,the molar ratio of ASP to H_(2)O_(2) is 0.55,EDTA-Mg^(2+)is 0.4 g,and the temperature is 50℃.To detect the solid content,residual alcohol content,pH,viscosity,average degree of polymerization and ash content of alkyl glycosides before and after decolorization.The results show that all the indexes are in line with the national standard of alkyl glycosides.
