基于分子阻隔的丙交酯聚合原位自组装制备聚乳酸纳米球的方法研究

摘要 丙交酯在相容性不佳的聚合松香连续相中进行聚合,得到聚乳酸直接原位自组装得到聚乳酸纳米球,研究了冷却温度对聚乳纳米球的分子量、微观形貌、结晶性能和热性能等的影响。结果表明,聚乳酸纳米球表面光滑,粒径分布集中在100~800 nm之间,结晶性能受冷却温度的影响,温度越低,结晶度越低;热性能及分子量不受冷却温度的影响。 The polymerized rosin as the continuous phase to polymerize lactide into polylactic acid(PLA),which was subsequently self-assembled into PLA nanospheres.Effects of cooling temperatures on the molecular weight,microscopic morphology,crystallization and thermal properties of PLA nanospheres were studied.The results show that the polylactic acid nanospheres had smooth surfaces and uniform sizes between 100 nm and 800 nm.Crystallization performance changes with the influence of cooling temperature.The lower the temperature,the worse the crystallization performance.The thermal performance and molecular weight were not evidently affected by the cooling temperature.
