摘要
综述了臭氧氧化法预处理工业废水的主要技术形式包括单独臭氧氧化技术及臭氧高级氧化法,综述了臭氧氧化法应用于预处理工业废水的技术优势:改善可生化性,降低生物毒性;提高后续生化过程效率;降低风险特征污染物等。工业废水水质条件复杂、可生化性能差且含有大量难生物降解的物质和有毒有害污染物,处理难度大,常规处理效率低且难以达到排放标准,因此需要经过有效预处理提高其可生化性,为后续生物处理降低负荷才能保证达标排放。臭氧氧化法因其高效、彻底、无二次污染等优点在预处理工业废水方面受到广泛关注。
Industrial wastewater has complex water quality conditions,poor biochemical performance and contains a large number of refractory substances and toxic and harmful drugs,which is difficult to be treated.The conventional treatment efficiency is low and it is difficult to meet the discharge standard.Therefore,effective pretreatment is needed to improve its biodegradability and reduce the load for subsequent biological treatment in order to ensure the standard discharge.Advanced oxidation process has broad application prospects because of its high efficiency,fast and thorough advantages,among which ozone oxidation has been widely concerned in the pretreatment of industrial wastewater.This paper mainly introduces the main technical forms of ozone oxidation pretreatment of industrial wastewater,and its advantages in industrial wastewater pretreatment:improving biodegradability and reducing biological toxicity,improve the efficiency of follow-up biochemical process,reduce the risk characteristics of pollutants.
