摘要
为明确不同育苗方式对烟苗素质的影响,开展了普通托盘育苗、常规漂浮育苗、爱乐跑纸杯(丹麦)育苗、普通纸杯育苗、育苗块育苗等育苗方式应用效果试验,测定不同育苗方式下烟苗主茎发育情况、叶片色素含量、根系生物量、根系构型和根系活力。结果表明:漂浮育苗烟苗主茎更细长,育苗块育苗烟苗主茎更粗壮;漂浮育苗及纸杯育苗烟苗叶片色素含量较高;普通托盘育苗可以显著增加烟苗根干重,其中普通托盘育苗和爱乐跑纸杯(丹麦)处理烟苗根干重最大;普通托盘育苗烟苗总根长、总表面积、根系总体积显著大于其他处理,育苗块育苗烟苗根平均直径显著大于其他处理;普通托盘育苗及普通纸杯育苗烟苗根系活力显著大于其他处理。由此表明,普通托盘育苗能够有效促进烟苗发育,更适宜于实际烟苗生产。
In order to clarify the effects of different seedling raising methods on the quality of tobacco seedlings,the methods of ordinary tray seedling raising,conventional floating seedling raising,Ailepao paper cup(Denmark)seedling raising,ordinary paper cup seedling raising and block seedling raising were used in seedling raising experiments.The stem development,leaf pigment content,root biomass,root architecture and root activity of different seedling raising methods were measured.The results showed that the main stem of floating seedling was more slender,and the main stem of block seedling was stronger;the pigment content in the leaves of floating seedling and paper cup seedling was higher;tray seedling raising could significantly increase root dry weight,and the root dry weight of ordinary tray seedling and Ailepao paper cup(Denmark)seedling was the largest;the total root length,total surface area and total root volume of ordinary tray seedling were significantly greater than those of other treatments,and the average diameter of block seedling was significantly greater than that of other treatments;the root activity of common tray seedling and ordinary paper cup seedling was significantly higher than that of other treatments.It′s indicated that ordinary tray seedling raising could effectively promote the development of tobacco seedlings and was more suitable for tobacco seedling production.
