Reform and Practice of Tobacco Bulk Contract Transportation Service in Luliang Branch of Qujing Tobacco Company

在烟叶收购中,传统的聚约式运输服务采用大车装卸,存在装卸速度慢、烟叶造碎损耗大、烟农排队等候时间长等问题。针对以上问题,曲靖市烟草公司陆良分公司以陆良县龙海乡为试点,从扫码预约运输、位置实时共享、更换车辆类型、制度标准化等方面着手,不断改进聚约式运输收购模式,提升服务水平和烟农满意度。

During the purchase of tobacco leaves,the traditional bulk contract transportation service adopts truck loading and unloading,which has some problems,such as slow loading and unloading speed,large crushing loss of tobacco leaves,long waiting time of tobacco farmers and so on.In view of the above problems,Luliang Branch of Qujing Tobacco Company took Longhai Town of Luliang County as the pilot,and continuously improved the purchase mode of bulk contract transportation from the aspects of code scanning and reservation transportation,real-time location sharing,vehicle type replacement and system standardization,so as to improve the service level and tobacco farmers satisfaction.
