降尿酸方联合低剂量非布司他对慢性肾功能不全伴痛风的影响

Effect of Jiangniaosuan formula and low-dose febuxostat on chronic renal insufficiency complicated gout

目的:观察降尿酸方联合低剂量非布司他治疗慢性肾功能不全伴痛风的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性肾功能不全伴痛风的高尿酸血症患者60例,分为两组各30例,对照组予常规剂量非布司他治疗,治疗组予降尿酸方联合低剂量非布司他治疗,疗程为8周,观察治疗前后两组的血尿酸(UA)、血清肌酐(Scr)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平变化以及痛风发作情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为93.33%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),两组均能降低患者血尿酸水平(P﹤0.05)。结论:采用降尿酸方联合低剂量非布司他治疗慢性肾功能不全伴痛风患者疗效较好,在降低血尿酸水平、保护肾脏功能方面与常规剂量非布司他具有同样的安全性。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiangniaosuan formula and low-dose febuxostat on chronic renal insufficiencycomplicated gout.Methods:60 cases of selected hyperuricemic patients with chronic renal insufficiencycomplicated gout were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional dose of febuxostat,while the treatment group was treated with Jiangniaosuan formula and low-dose febuxostat,and the course of treatment was 8 weeks.The changes of levels of blood uric acid(UA),serum creatinine(Scr),estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),cystatin C(Cys-C)and the gout attacking were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67%in the treatment group and 93.33%in the control group;compared between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).Both groups could reduce the level of blood uric acid of patients.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Jiangniaosuan formula and low-dose febuxostat on chronic renal insufficiencycomplicated gout is better.Jiangniaosuan formula has the same safety as conventional dose febuxostat in reducing the level of blood uric acid and protecting the renal function.
