摘要
脂肪干细胞是一种起源于中胚层的成体干细胞,其在整形修复、组织工程和再生医学等相关领域有广阔的应用前景。脂肪干细胞拥有识别损伤部位、免疫调节和损伤修复的功能,被用于研究和治疗多种疾病,包括炎性肠病、肝功能损伤、呼吸系统疾病、骨关节炎、神经损伤、急性肾衰竭、慢性创面损伤、Ⅰ型糖尿病等。尽管在人、鼠等种属动物上已有大量报道,但针对犬的相关研究较少。因此,本文对犬脂肪干细胞的研究进展进行综述。
Adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs)are adult stem cells originated from the mesoderm.They have broad application prospects in related fields such as plastic repair,tissue engineering,and regenerative medicine.ADSCs have the ability of the injury site identification,immunoregulation and injury repair.Therefore,they have been used to study and treat a variety of diseases,including inflammatory bowel diseases,liver injury,respiratory diseases,osteoarthritis,nerve injury,acute renal failure,chronic wound injury,type I diabetes and so on.Although there have been a large number of reports about ADSCs on humans,rats and other species of animals,there are few related studies on dogs.Therefore,this article reviews the progress in current researches on canine adipose-derived stem cells.
