本文提出了面向储备粮全流程业务监管的的地方粮食监管监督平台的建设背景,分析了信息化技术在全流程地方储备粮食监管平台建设中的应用的模式和相关建设内容,建立了地方储备粮监管监督平台框架,为地方粮食监管监督平台的应用建设提供参考。

This paper proposes construction background for grain reserves of local food supervision of business regulation of the whole flow of monitoring platform,analyzes of the information technology in the whole process of the construction of local grain reserves supervision platform model and the related construction content,sets up a local grain reserves supervision supervision platform framework,so as to provide the reference for the application of local food supervision supervision platform construction.
