在新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化时期,农产品冷链物流溯源系统实施建设对于健全农产品质量安全体系,提高全过程品质管控能力,推进乡村振兴具有重要意义。而现行的农产品冷链物流溯源体系不健全,存在市场监管不到位,行业差异化较大、信息化、标准化水平较低等问题,本文通过分析以上问题并结合农产品冷链物流发展的重点,为农产品冷链物流溯源系统优化提供理论支持与政策建议。

In the period of normalization of the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,the implementation and construction of the agricultural product cold chain logistics traceability system is of great significance for improving the quality and safety system of agricultural products,improving the quality control capability of the whole process,and promoting rural revitalization.However,the current agricultural product cold chain logistics traceability system is not perfect,market supervision is not in place,the industry is highly differentiated,and the level of informatization and standardization is low.By analyzing the above problems and combining the development of agricultural cold chain logistics,this paper provides theoretical support and policy suggestions for the optimization of agricultural cold chain logistics traceability system.
