基于广电“两江云”的县级融媒体市级技术平台建设

Construction of City-level Technology Platform for County-level Converged Media Based on Radio and TV “Liangjiang Cloud”

按照上级相关要求及工作部署,重庆广播电视集团(总台)积极建设区县融媒体中心市级技术平台。该平台以重庆广电集团“两江云”为主,重庆报业集团“上游云”为辅,采用统一技术标准,结合互联网大数据,满足重庆市各级宣传管理部门及各区县新闻单位宣传管理、通联协作、内容交换、内容监管、大屏可视化等功能需求,本文对该系统的建设进行技术探讨。

In accordance with relevant requirements and work arrangements of higher authorities,Chongqing Radio and Television Group has actively built city-level technology platform for county-level converged media center.The platform is mainly based on “Liangjiang cloud” of Chongqing Radio and Television Group,supplemented by “Upstream cloud” of Chongqing Newspaper Group.It adopts unified technical standards and combines with internet big data to meet functional requirements of publicity management departments at all levels in Chongqing and news units in various districts and counties for publicity management,communication and cooperation,content exchange,content supervision,large screen visualization and so on.This paper discusses the construction of the system.
