GAGE7抗体、MAGE-A1抗体、雌激素E2联合检测对非小细胞肺癌的早期诊断价值分析

Analysis the Clinical Significance of GAGE7,MAGE-A1 and Estrogen E2 Combined Detection for Early Detection of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的 分析GAGE7抗体、MAGE-A1抗体、雌激素E2联合检测对非小细胞肺癌的早期诊断价值。方法 选取NSCLC患者117例为肿瘤组,同期选择BPL患者57例为良性组;同时,健康体检者90例为对照组。全部研究对象入院后清晨抽取其肘静脉血3 ml,检测其血清肿瘤标志物GAGE7抗体、MAGE-A1抗体和雌激素E2浓度值。对比各组受试人员血清中GAGE7抗体、MAGE-A1抗体和雌激素E2的相对水平;分析早期NSCLC患者与肺部良性疾病患者、正常人血清中GAGE7抗体、MAGE-A1抗体和雌激素E2的AUC、灵敏度、特异度。计算GAGE7抗体、MAGE-A1抗体和雌激素E2对NSCLC的联合诊断价值。结果 肿瘤组患者中MAGE-A1抗体、GAGE7抗体、雌激素E2的表达水平明显高于良性组和对照组(P<0.05)。早期NSCLC患者与肺部良性疾病患者血清中GAGE7抗体、MAGE-A1抗体和雌激素E2的灵敏度、特异度分别为75%、62%,80%、62%,82%、63%。早期NSCLC患者与健康体检者血清中GAGE7抗体、MAGE-A1抗体和雌激素E2的灵敏度、特异度分别为84%、72%,87%、72%,88%、75%。血清中GAGE7抗体、MAGE-A1抗体和雌激素E2联合对早期NSCLC的诊断的的灵敏度为92.31%,特异度为73.68%。结论 GAGE7抗体、MAGE-A1抗体、雌激素E2联合检测对早非小细胞肺癌的诊断有重要价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of GAGE7,MAGE-A1 and estrogen E2 in the early detection of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 117 patients with NSCLC were selected as the tumor group,and 57 patients with BPL were selected as the benign group;At the same time,90 healthy people included in the physical examination of our hospital were the control group.3 ml of elbow vein blood was taken from all subjects in the morning after admission,and the concentrations of serum tumor markers GAGE7 antibody,MAGE-A1 antibody and estrogen E2 were detected.The relative levels of serum GAGE7 antibody,MAGE-A1 antibody and estrogen E2 were compared;The AUC,sensitivity and specificity of serum GAGE7 antibody,MAGE-A1 antibody and estrogen E2 in patients with early NSCLC,patients with benign lung diseases and normal subjects were analyzed.The combined diagnostic value of GAGE7 antibody,MAGE-A1 antibody and estrogen E2 in NSCLC was calculated.Results The expression levels of MAGE-A1 antibody,GAGE7 antibody and estrogen E2 in tumor group were significantly higher than those in benign group and control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of serum GAGE7 antibody,MAGE-A1 antibody and estrogen E2 in patients with early NSCLC and patients with benign lung diseases were 75%,62%,80%,62%,82%and 63%respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of serum GAGE7 antibody,MAGE-A1 antibody and estrogen E2 in patients with early NSCLC and healthy subjects were 84%,72%,87%,72%,88%and 75%respectively.The sensitivity of serum GAGE7 antibody,MAGE-A1 antibody and estrogen E2 in the diagnosis of early NSCLC was 92.31%,and the specificity was 73.68%.Conclusion The combined detection of GAGE7,MAGE-A1 and E2 can significantly improve the early detection of NSCLC.
