摘要 为了确保地下廊道爆破施工安全,提出了先机械开挖斜廊道创造自由面,后深孔台阶微差爆破的方案。为了避免爆破飞散物对邻近板房、井架设备造成损害,设置了双层隔离排架进行防护。在廊道三侧各布置1排减振孔,减振孔距离边缘爆破孔2.5m,减振孔间距0.6m,深度10m,以减小爆破振动波对临时建筑物和设备部件造成的损伤。廊道基坑爆破块度较好,开挖顺利,双层板房及附近建筑物完好,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 In order to ensure the safety of underground corridor blasting,this work proposes a scheme that mechanical excavation of inclined corridor is first conducted to create free surface,followed by millisecond blasting of deep-hole bench.In order to avoid the damage caused by the flying objects from blasting to the adjacent board house and derrick equipment,a double-layer isolation rack is set up for protection.One row of vibration reduction holes is arranged on both sides of the corridor.The distance between the vibration reduction hole and the edge blasting hole is set to 2.5m,the distance between the vibration reduction holes is set to 0.6m,and the depth is set to 10m,so as to reduce the possible damage caused by blasting vibration waves to temporary buildings and equipment units.The results show that the blasting fragmentation of the corridor foundation pit is good,the excavation is smooth,the double-deck house and nearby buildings are less affected,indicating the proposed blasting scheme can provide reference for similar projects.
