摘要
简介大冶有色协同处理废电路板生产情况。废电路板破碎后采用磁选和三级涡流进行选别分离,铁和铝剔除率均达到95%。顶吹熔炼协调处理废电路板最大处理量达到10t/h,金属回收率较高,有很好经济效益。顶吹熔炼炉炉况独特,具备垃圾焚烧处理设计中控制二噁英的“3T”原则,满足环保要求。
This paper describes the production practice of co-processing waste circuit board with top-blown smelting in Daye Nonferrous Metals Group Holding Co.,Ltd.The magnetic separation and three-stage eddy current separation are used to separate the waste circuit board after crushing,and the removal rate of iron and aluminum reaches 95%.The maximum capacity of co-processing the waste circuit board can reach 10 t/h,and the metal recovery is higher,which has good economic benefit.The top-blown smelting furnace is unique in furnace condition,with the“3T”principle of controlling dioxins in the design of waste incineration treatment,which meets the requirements of environmental protection.
