城市中小学校地下空间规划设计探讨

Discussion on Underground Space Planning and Design of Urban Primary and Secondary Schools

城市中小学校园用地规划限制较多,城镇化的推进和现代教学模式的转变又进一步对中小学教学用地提出了新的要求,拓展中小学地下使用空间,对提高校园用地土地资源开发利用效率、有效解决上述问题具有积极的意义。文章以明德小学为研究对象,尝试结合当前校园用地规划要求和教学模式改革对教学空间的需求,对校园地下空间功能用房设计进行分析,研究不同校园地下空间模式的特点。

There are many restrictions on urban primary and secondary school campus land planning.The promotion of urbanization and the transformation of modern teaching mode further put forward new requirements for primary and secondary school teaching land.Expanding the underground use space of primary and secondary schools is of positive significance to improve the development and utilization efficiency of campus land resources and effectively solve the above problems.Taking Mingde Primary School as the research object,this paper attempts to analyze the functional room design of campus underground space and study the characteristics of different campus underground space modes in combination with the current campus land planning requirements and the needs of teaching mode reform for teaching space.
